I was not sent any instructions on how to unlock my phone. Just some codes which I do not see any abbreviations for. The website advertises that you will receive a code and specific instructions. This is not true. Hopefully, instructions are actually sent and I can unlock my phone.

Arranged and paid for unlock code for Alcatel phone. Promised code never appeared eventually told not available for my model. Down side is they seemed to forget about refunding money. Tried email but after initial contact no reply to request for refund. Think twice about using them.

I've had my iphone for nearly 2 years and in that time I had never been able to use it!! not once. I live in Barbados and had bought the phone from the US thinking that it was factory unlocked. Numerous attempts and literally hundreds of dollars later, the phone still wasn't unlocked! I cant thank you guys enough! Sure I was sceptical at first: more money down the drain I thought! But boy was I in for a surprise!! The website was easy to navigate and most importantly secure..... After completing my transaction, I shut down my laptop and went to sleep. lol. I wanted to have a good night's sleep with no disappointments! lol! The instructions given were sooooo simple to follow (unlike some other so-called providers !).... literally, before I had realised it, my phone was unlocked! How beautiful it was to see the name of one of our local provider (DIGICEL) right there in the top left hand corner of the phone!! Words cant describe that feeling! I'm making up for those lost months without the use of my phone! I've never written a review before. But I just felt that I had to. Thanks guys, for a job well done!

I got the code and it worked straight away. Good job! Out of the dozens of sites available, I chose this one because I wasn't forced to sign up for a PayPal account, with its 20,000+-word User Agreement. The payment processor this site used has a much shorter, very reasonable set of Terms and Conditions. Even though this site was slightly more expensive than some others out there, it was still a fairly cheap way to make my phone (a gift from an overseas relative) usable as a phone in my country, and the extra expense was worth it to avoid PayPal's user agreement.

Needed emeregency unlock code for my HTC Wildfire as we were going to USA for 4 weeks & needed to use a USA Sim to avoid astronomical roaming charges! Unlockscodes came up trumps, supplied the code promptly and at a reasonable cost. They provided the link to a website for instructions on unlocking the relevant phone and it was simple to complete - unlocked successfully so California here we come!!

I was a little apprehensive about using yet another website to unlock a PAYG phone which I bought from a UK operator at a discount and which didn't work in Germany. But having no success with other services, I decided to try it, even though the cost was around 20 Euros. But once the payment was made, I received the email code within 5 minutes and I was able to unlock the phone successfully, following the clear instructions given on the website. I would certainly use it again, if the process of unlocking proved to be this simple and straightforward.
