I received my Galaxy S6 on April 10, 2015. It was the first day of this phone in U.S.A. On April 12 I requested an unlock code and received it in two days and it worked. Thank you guys very much!
The other two companies told me that my phone was too new and they would have codes for it in a couple of weeks.
