I placed my order on the 10th of October. I emailed their customer support team after about eight hours passed. I got a reply saying that my order couldn't be found, and I needed to send confirmation that a placed an order, which i did. I e-mailing them on the 11th and 13th, and I got no reply from either of my e-mails. I opened a papal dispute on the 14th which I got no reply. Finally on the 15th of October, which is today, I checked my e-mails, and i found the unlock code for my phone. I had some trouble with unlocking it, but I got some help from their support team. I'm finally glad I got this phone unlocked. If their was better customer service I would have given this review five Stars.
