They sent me an unlock code that didn't work. Trying to contact customer service is pointless. They just take your money and run.

They flood your email with SPAM, if you try to say them to stop SPAMMING and ask where did they grab your email from they insult you. I think this is not a professional service when somebody insults you for asking to stop SPAM.

I have paid money to them online but I didnt receive any confirmation. I have even raised ticket in their support center even after that not even a single email response from them. I dont know whether I will receive my code or not. If I didnt receive code then I need to raise a complaint to paypal.

My order was placed with them for 7 days and yet I have not received any information from them about delivering code to unlock my phone. I have sent them an email to ask about an update and I still have not heard from them. My only communication from them is that they received my money. I am so upset right now.

Sent off for a code and waited 2 weeks before emailing to ask where it was. Instead of them offering the code they just sent a full refund right away, yet still didn't reply to the email explaining why the code wasn't sent. It seems they do a 50/50 of process codes and any slightly more difficult codes they ignore unless you dispute with them.

If your code doesn't work, the only way to get a response seems to be via payPal dispute. These guys don't respond to emails. On the plus side, they did refund my payment via PayPal after 6 days but I was left in limbo for a week not knowing whether I'd ever hear anythng from them.

I waited for my unlock code for like two weeks, I finally received it but didn't work! I emailed them telling about what happened, yet didn't received any response from them. I payed it in order to unlock my phone, not to test my patience! Worst customer service ever!

There's no customer service, as many have reported here. Their forms don't work, nobody even reads them. I had sent a wrong IMEI and asked at customer service. I tried their site form and also emailing them. I've been ignored since then. I'll be opening a paypal dispute like many have done here. Be careful with this seller.

Found out that HTC Desire 300 detects Aldi SIM as not Telstra, and had to unlock. Took an hour for the code to arrive, then all was well.

The stipulated time for sending the unock code after a purchase was made (according to your website) is 1 to 6 hours. I even received my Purchase Receipt via email immediately after payment was made.
Yet it has been 20 hours now and still no email with the unlock code.

Refund promised by website in 24 hours if no code found. Since requesting the unlock I have heard NOTHING so I put in a PAYPAL claim and still I have heard NOTHING. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ABSOLUTELY USELESS

I ordered an unlock code from their website and used PayPal to pay at 11pm on a Sunday night. The unlock code arrived and worked first time, no issues. Phone tested and all done by half eleven. That's pretty good service I would say.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that was somehow locked. I paid for the codes on this site and its been 2days and no word. I'm still waiting and hoping for something. I already sent a mail to them vis their site and still have gotten to response from them whatsoever. I am hoping this is not a fraudulent site.
