After hunting around the internet I landed on unlockforcheap.com. It had a good spread of reviews but I admit I was still wary. Still, for $10 to unlock my ZTE Z755 I thought it was worth the request. I put in my request for an unlock code late on a Saturday night. The result came the next morning at 9:30 am, on a Sunday, and worked great. So, yes, I do recommend unlockforcheap.com. They also have a fair refund policy in case it doesn't work, I checked it out myself ahead of time, which is you send in a video of you entering the unlock code, having it fail, and verifying that you've given them the correct model number and IMEI. All of this seems very fair, and in my case, as I said, no trouble at all, worked the first time. Now I can switch carriers without paying at least $50 for a new phone.

Paid for Lumia 1020 AT&T unlock code but never received code. Emailed 3 times but never received response. Now that it is two months past the purchase date I am requesting a refund from my credit card company, hopefully I can get my money back.

I found this website online and was originally very reluctant. Cheap doesn't always equate to a real value. I was quite surprised in the customer service I received after sending an email immediately after I made the payment. Within less than 5 minutes I had a response. Within 5 minutes of that, I had the unlock code. Can't beat the customer service or the value!
