Again I paid my subscription and received no refund and no unlock. I emailed and nothing back, no wonder they disappeared with lots of creditors cash, swindlers! So if the company does answer then refund me.

I made the donation and received an unlock code instantly. The code did not work. Contacted them three times and they did not respond. This service is a complete rip off. They are thiefs.

In one word superb! My code came as fast as expected, if not faster and the customer service was perfect in helping me through the process. Thank you so so much for this, you have been so helpful and have my gratitude

A bit of a good experience from me, they said they'd supply a code and they did...very happy with the service they gave me. Seems a shame they're shut now according to others here

I paid this company to unlock my phone in September and within a couple of days they told me that they couldn't do it and said they would refund the money. 3 months later I still haven't had a refund. I have emailed them 3 times and each time they say the payment will be with me within 10 days. I think their plan is that I will forget but even though it is for just £8.99 I am determined to get the refund as I hate being lied to.

I used these a while ago and was impressed by the service received, my phone was unlocked and is still working. I recently tried to unlock my sons phone but they don't seem to be in business anymore which is a shame, so the loss of a star lol.

Like many others I paid for an iphone 4 to be unlocked. Got an immediate response saying my phone could not be unlocked but gave some useless advice instead. I asked for a refund which was agreed but have since heard nothing and NO REFUND - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Couldn't Unlock phone, and detailed software way beyond the average Computer User...! 4 months since order placed, some contact, but assume it's all auto generated... It's got to be the worst experience I've had on line...! Doesn't look like a company to be trusted, if at all, but still out there, beware...!!!

I do not think these people can be trusted. Not only they were not able to unlock my phone but they kept my money even after repeated false assurances of a refund.

Avoid at all costs - paid to unlock an old iPhone and all I received was an early version of a useless freeware unlock hack. Company immediately admitted they were wrong and promised a refund but after several emails and several broken promises they have now stopped answering emails .. and no refund received.

I've not yet received a refund for a phone they couldn't unlock over 30 days ago. This company should be investigated because the other thing I noticed is it will not take visa cards, (come up with can't accept this number) only takes direct debt? This is because you don't have the same sort of cover as visa, therefore making it harder to get your money back.

A code that was delivered fast and customer service that is more than worth the price I paid, I would happily have paid more for such a good service and would not hesitate to come back again in future should I need to unlock another phone. Fast delivery is always a bonus but I also received regular updates and had a question regarding inputting the code that was answered by customer services within an hour late in the evening, some companies could learn a thing or two from these

They were fast and my code worked, glad I had such a good experience as I see some people have not! My code arrived within a few hours and was easy to enter, no additional charges were required and I am very happy with the efficient level of service that this company left me with. I didn't need to contact customer care as I had no problems using the code and entering it into the phone due to good instructions. I now have a phone I can use, so thanks...

All I can say is this company should be avoided by everyone. I had a standard iPhone 4S (nothing too unusual and probably one of the most popular phones ever produced at the time) and therefore was expecting to receive the unlock code very quickly. However, 24 hours later received an email saying we could not unlock your make and model REALLY ??? However, things went bad from worse and although I received an email saying I would be refunded they never did. I emailed to complain and they said give it 7 more days - WHY. I paid for their product immediately, never received it and was then advised to wait 7-10 days for a refund - Disgusting is all I can say. What makes things worse is that after waiting the 7-10 days and then another 7 days as per an additional email complaining about no refund being received, nothing was ever refunded. They no longer reply to my emails, I never received a refund let along a product. This company can only be described as un-trustworthy. If you have any sense I would suggest using any other company to get an unlocking code, these people are disgraceful !!!

They could not unlock my phone and the did send me an email within 24 hours, however in the email they did say they would refund me within 7 working days, that was August and still no refund!! I have sent many emails and got 1 reply which looks to be a standard reply they send to everyone. I would not recommend this site to anybody i think its very dodgy and they just take your money and very few people seem to have got an unlock code.

This team did a suberb job after getting the run around from my network. A working code in a few hours, how come my network couldn't do this! They were cheaper and I am very happy with the experience and will reuse instead of going to my network next time, save me a whole heap of time and some money. The code was sent torugh an email with good instuctions and I was impressed with the speed
