Emailed me to say they could unlock my phone after the initial enquiry. I paid up in good faith only to then be told that they did not have a code for me. Their advise was then to advise me to go through a process to jailbreak my iphone, which i find totally unacepatable as it will invalidate my manufactures warranty and know from past bd experince that it could break the phone alogether, i find totally irresponsible and just plain bad advice - no reputable company would advise this... I submitted the phone details for a friend's iPhone 3GS and I was informed by them that it could be unlocked. I paid £6.99 and did not hear anything for 48 hours. After contacting them via email I received an email telling me that they could not unlock it. I have sent over 10 emails without any response and I find it totally unacceptable that they will not refund my money for a service they indicated they could supply. Used these guys to unlock my Samsug on Monday. Was expecting a faster service as the first code didn't work so I had to wait a few extra hours. Luckily I wasnt in too much of a hurry and the second code worked great. All in all, really good service for the price, maybe try to speed things up a little guys and make sure the first code is the right one, but apart from that good job in all. Got my Samsung Galaxy S4 unlocked, which I recently received from T-Mobile as an upgrade. Took them 5 mins to send me the information. Everything worked great straight away, I put a UK vodafone simcard and made a call to make sure it works as I'm still using T-Mobile simcard in it normally. (read more)

Just be aware that when you make an enquiry they, in common with most other on line phone unlockers will always say that they can do it Not always the case and if they cannot you will be direced to use software that if are not a real geek is verry difficult with no guarantee of a good outcome- you could brick your phone Not really good for me (read more)

Searched through the net and found unlock-your-phones,received an email telling me I could get a code,then within 24 hours received another email telling me they could not locate a code but I could try software they had on there web page,but that it would possibly delete all my memory.I sent an email back stating that I did not want to try to use there software as I had no means of backing up memory and as they had failed to issue me a code I was entitled to a full refund.That seemed to fall... My phone has now been unlocked from my service provider (o2) for free,i could not be messed about from you people anymore.For the last time YOU could not provide me with an unlock code therefore you are in breach of our contract.
You eventually reply to an email stating that you give a full refund if you are unable to unlock mobiles,but you don't .
Trading standards is my next step.

Unlock your phones helped me to unlock my samsung to use it on a new network. I found them through bing and got my code pretty quickly. I submitted my IMEI and phone model (Nokia N8) and current provider (orange U.K.), then gave them 24 hours, they failed to unlock (although I believe they don't even try to unlock your mobile), they give you a link to download the software, install and unlock the phone yourself. Why would I want to do this if I've asked the company to do it for me in the first place. The phone software is soooo old it's designed for phones 3+ years old. Like others have said, the process did take a tad longer than they said (about 16 hours), but for the price who can complain. I contacted them about the delay and got a prompt response from them explaining the situation. Hi all. Thought I'd give my two cents worth here. We've used these guys for wholesale unlocking for the past few months (we sell used phones online and get a better price unlocked). Although they can't unlock every phone we ask, they do a good job for the price. Some phones are unlocked in a few minutes, some in 24 hours. Ive had the same problems trying to get a refund. Finally i said i would report them to trading standards and said everyone onherehere would too. Today i Got an email saying they have given me a full refund. So i suggest people do the same. (read more)

Used these guys last week to unlock a nokia, there seem to me a million different companies offering this service now days so my decision was more pot luck than anything else. Although I didn't receive a code immediately, it did come in under six hours and for the price I seriously didn't mind the wait.
