paid to unlock my phone in march which i was assured you would do ,then was told you couldnt !!!then was told to use some rubbish freeware software that gave my laptop a virus and have still not received a refund,after numerous emails ,and no i did not receive an order number ,terrible company ,next stop ,police ,fed up with them .

exactly what i expected ,if you had read it properley ,i never received an order number ,and i have contacted you a dozen times and never received a reply !!i intend to take this further .

Hi there
Our payment processor issues order numbers for every transaction, the only way you would not have received one would be if you entered your email address incorrectly.
If you send your full name to us including the date of the transaction we can manually search for your order and resolve this.
