I went on this site with the impression that I'd get the unlock code. I paid my money then they said they couldn't give me the unlock code but I should try their software. As they didn't give me the code straight off as expected I asked for my money back. I had a reply saying if it hadn't worked I was entitled to my money back but no email to tell me how to do it. I've then been emailing backwards and forwards to the people who I paid. I've looked at their terms and you only get a refund if all the things they suggest don't work but this isn't the impression you get when you pay your money. I would warn anyone I know never to use this site.
