I received an email stating it would be possible to unlock my iPhone 4 and I would receive a code by email within 6 hours. 8 hours later I received an email saying it would NOT be possible and I would need to download software from the website and proceed this way. However the link did not work. I then emailed the customer services dept to ask for my account to be refunded. One week later no replies by email and still no refund. Shocking treatment STAY AWAY!!!!
