Pretty happy with the service. Only went for the four stars as there was a delay after the first code failed to unlock my phone. Received a new code the next day which worked perfectly.
All in all it took around 24 hours, customer service kept me up to date and replied quickly and politely.

Thank you for your comment. We are please to hear you were happy with service and apologise for the small delay.
Sometimes codes or software do fail, however we always attempt to get a new unlock out to you asap. Although this is usually achieved within a few hours, it can take a little longer on ocassion.
