I found these guys by accident and glad to have done so. Had a recent problem while unlocking a Samsung Galaxy SIII - the assistance and the walk thru's I received were thorough, in depth and persistent in their advise until the issue was resolved. It turned to be a quirk with the phone. The problem was not a problem I know that these guys were more than willing to help in getting the issue resolved. Thank you and I am very grateful.
