Charged me twice for unlock, then sent me an email saying it couldn't be unlocked because it was marked as lost or stolen in iCloud, but they could unlock it for an additional £50 and 30 days. 8 weeks later the page says it's taking longer than usual and to keep waiting. I've sent multiple emails to sales at appleiphoneunlock.uk and never had a single response. Seems like if they can unlock your phone they will, if they can't they'll keep your money and ignore you. Buyer beware.

One can't reach them, there is no information on how to proceed concretely to have a refund, they don't answer help tickets nor e-mails. They just keep sending automatic messages about special prices, etc. Abusive and shameful.

DON'T TRUST THE COMPATIBILITY TESTER I ENTERED MY IPHONES INFO AND WAS TOLD IT WAS COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR SOFTWARE. AFTER PURCHASING AND TRYING TO UNLOCK MY PHONE WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE. WILL NOT REFUND MONEY/ TRYING TO GO THROUGH CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET REFUND.

The site promotes for unlock codes for iPhone. I paid $30 to get the IMEI code for my iPhone 5 and they never sent anything or never contacted me. I filed a complaint to Paypal to get my money back.

I also paid this company $29.99. And nothing happened, not single email back. I send emails periodically and ask about money back. Even paypal did not help. 

Having searched for many weeks to find a way to unlock my new iPhone 4s, I came across this website. I've looked an so many unlocking sites now, but the design of this one leapt out at me - very professional looking. I was able to use the compatability checker on the site and was amazed to see the result come back that my 4s could be unlocked. Despite having been scammed twice already, I decided to give this a go, and to my surprise it worked. Granted, the process involved in the unlock wasn't the same as they showed in the video on the site, but none the less it worked for me and that's all that I concerned with. From my perspective, top marks.
