I entered the wrong information on the first and second tries because I misunderstood the directions. Then I mistook the fact that I wasn't on my preferred network as the unlock code having not worked, but it was actually because AT&T uses GSM and "Global" doesn't work with them. Anyway, after I changed that everything worked fine. They're a little slow about responding, but will usually get to it within 8 hours. Normal users wouldn't run into the problems I did, though. “Unlocking BB Torch 9800”

Since I made the payment until I get the code it takes only 10 minutes, the code works finely and I can inlock my phone. The only "but" that I have is that the instructions looks like were written for an older version of software of this cell phone or for another version of cell phone because the way for go to SIM Card was a little diferent that the instrucctions says.
