I have heard mixed reviews, however i went through made the purchase and the code worked PERFECTLY! It seems like most people that experience trouble are people that have frozen or hard locked phone, that is actually peoples fault. As long as you did not try to unlock your phone before, these guys are firkin amazing. They have live chat, a 1800 number and professional customer service. I went to this site because for my phone, they were 15$ cheaper than other websites. I don't know much about phone unlocking. I looked on google and youtube to know how to do it, checked instructions. I got my unlock code. Got my sim card in the phone and turned it on. The phone sent me a message "Phone freeze".
