I searched this site for a company with good reviews to unlock my Samsung Relay 4G. Onlineunlocks had a lower price and good reviews so I went for it. I first bought the unlock via USB however because I have Cyanogen running it would not work. The staff via chat assisted with me issue and provided me a full refund right away. I then opted to use the IMEI unlock. I received the unlock code in less than 30 minutes and it worked great. The staff were helpful the service was quick. I was skeptical at first but I am glad I chose to use Onlineunlocks
