Such a simple to use service, does the job perfectly. Will recommend this service to anyone who buys a second hand iPhone and wants or needs it unlocked for use with other networks.

“BAD BAD... DO NOT BUY”

★☆☆☆☆

written by andrsbarreto on 13/09/2018

It is bad, bad, do not buy, it is a company that does not respond or emails, I have not been able to recover my money. Is a gotcha. They say that my phone was reported as stolen or lost, something that is totally false, I have to prove it, it is very easy to place the IMEI on any reliable page and it gives you the result that is clean.

“Charge $20, then $650 and will not unlock”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Jimmyg312 on 28/02/2018

Website says $20 then after you pay you will receive an email asking you to pay an extra $650, when you pay that as well, you will be told your Imei has a problem but if you pay another $3,010(yes three thousand and ten dollars) they can fix it in a day pushing you to the top of the list for express service, after a week they tell you that actually the problem is bigger than they thought so you need to pay an extra $950.99 to sort it out. So stay away from these chaps and if you have already paid do a charge back

“false advertising ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by GabriellaHahn81 on 29/09/2017

officialiphoneunlock make you believe the cost to unlock your phone is £19.99 but now want another £53.00 this has happened to me twice now with this company as back in march Order ID:4596184 they took £19.99 off me for an iCloud unlock then asked for another £14 what i paid then preceded to tell me the phone could not be done because it was marked as lost/stolen what was not true but i believed them and then gave me a credit, what i tried to use this week for another unlock. but couldnt use as no one got back to me and now they want another £53.00 This company is a sham with hidden T&C and i'm taking legal advise in regards to false advertising once they regulate this the claims will roll in compensation for companies who do this stuff to the public

Be careful of this website, I paid 19.99 pounds for iphone but after that I realized that they are bad. also another site belong to them it is imeipro and they are putting theur names in blogs and many other websites. just don't be a victims from them.
if you need you can use phoneunlockleaders it is trustful and fast service and also fair prices. they are better than them.

“They have no ability to unlock the set. They take only...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Elisha88 on 06/04/2017

They have no ability to unlock the set. They take only money and don't give unlock code. We should be conscious about online buying. Firstly , we have to see the customers reviews about the website. Then, we have to decide about online buying the new website.

“Horrible”

★☆☆☆☆

written by sergarci on 06/03/2017

Horrible, a rip off. After an initial payment that in theory checked if they could ask me for a second payment, and after 4 days they tell me that it is not possible to unblock and they send me a link in which in 10 seconds they say that it is not possible , They could not have done so before asking for the second payment.

“Have paid twice and still hasn't worked”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 17/02/2017

This company took a payment from me when they didn't know their terms re unlocking iPhone 7's. They then said you can't have your money back, but now have to wait. So today they said pay another £24 and it will get unlocked. So unfortunately I did, and they now say to wait until the handset is over 6 months old (they will have known it isn't) and also no refund possible. So - two payments made, no service, no offer of a refund. !

“Beware ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by bourtonvale on 28/12/2016

Read the small print at every step as to unlock the phone costs at least £60 and not the £19.99 it seems to be! The wording in the email sent telling you about this extra cost suggests the company are well aware how misled a lot of their customers are! Independently google reviews for this company before you click to buy! Learn by mine and thousands of others mistakes. If it is too late, there is a "how to fight" this companies page on facebook that i will be using

“worst experience ever”

★☆☆☆☆

written by SteveMcMahan on 26/12/2016

It's been almost 6 months I have not received an update on my ticket / email. I have tried more than 10 times to call them without any luck. I have spent more than 2 hrs waiting on the phone and wasted my time and my money. I still have not managed to get my work done. I have a voucher that I cannot use. - tried more than 5 times. this is ridiculous - probably a waste of my time writing here as well.

Dear Unlock service I purchased an unlock from you guys in July 2014 and it was working pretty nicely until three weeks ago that after a restore my phone backed to its original locked system , since then I have written to you guys three times and with no reply and no response from you guys, I even purchased a pre sale from your team again and still no response. How many weeks for you guys to reply to a customer who paid 65 pound for the last service and to reunlock an already unlocked phone again ? Waiting to hear from you

I just unlocked an AT&T iPhone 5S with them but they said the phone failed to activate, it requested for AT&T billing and last four of SSN of the buyer which I don't have. This phone was bought as a locked AT&T phone. Please, how do I get rid of this or is there any service from them that unlock this?

The system worked fine for my Orange-locked 4S, albeit rather expensive. Sounds like they think the handset is illegal. There are websites where you can check for a small fee, if the IMEI is blocked.

I Had a similar experience, paid twice rather a large sums to unlock a 3 austria iphone, only to be told there was a problem and for extra $$$ they might be able to solve it. I decided to cut my losses and stop dealing with them.

It is very possible the phone is blocked then? Try emailing phone unlock directly and asking them what to do or for a refund at least if they can't unlock it?

Hi I had the same issue with Vodafone iPhone all i had to do was put a Vodafone sim card in and activate the phone, I just borrowed my friends sim and then messaged official unlock back via the website and they did their magic. My phone is now unlocked

Best bet is to ask them probably for an extra fee they will unlock a phone reported lost or stolen that's what I did for Vodafone uk and they unlocked it no problem AT&T r the easiest American network to unlock you could contact them directly also

officialiphoneunlock.co.uk has some of the worse customer service I've ever come across. If I were you I'd first contact them and ask for a refund (give them a chance to do the right thing), if they say no then file a charge back with your credit card company/bank and force a refund that way (why should they keep the money if they didn't unlock your phone???) After you get your money back look into an unlocking sim for the iphone 5S (you can find them on ebay just search iphone 5S unlock sim) They are very cheap usually around $10

I cannot understand your question , but let's finger out this situation beginning from the start. First of all , let's assume that you have purchased an unlock , then wait the specific time that the site said to you to complete your unlock. Then, If you have got the status , " your iphone is unlocked" just restore it. via iTunes and that's all. Then you will have a factory unlocked iphone. Hope to help you , I am not a specialist , I have only use this site 3 times to unlock my iPhones.
