Website promises AT&T unlock takes 5 hours, 5 days later i'm still waiting. The Facebook page person that deals with the Q&A is Rude and very unprofessional! and deletes any comment they don't like thus giving out false impression of the company. There is no live chat as advertised, and on the phone they 'refuse' to talk about the unlock,even tho its says ''support'' they are only interested in taking orders. Don't just read the positive reviews as this company blocks all negative reviews!! Customer service really poor. They completely ignore you unless you wrote a bad review about them. I submitted my request on 1st March and it took them more than six weeks before giving me a skyhigh costs. Then magically the cost came down by £30 because I didn't answer straight away. Quoted 24 hours for my unlock. 10 days later still no unlock. No problems with phone or network. It seems they just take your money and then make you wait indefinitely. Extremely frustrating not knowing when it will be unlocked particularly when you pay for a '24 hour service' - which they later adjusted! (read more)

Great fast service in unlocking my iphone5, I was a bit worried that your site was a scam at first but read the website pages and decided to take the plunge. What can I say the service was excellent and faster than the 24 hours quoted even over the weekend, price was fair perhaps a bit on the high side, but you are faster than the quote from O2 who said it could take up to 2 weeks and I would also need the previous account holder to go in and unlock the phone and they would still charge... I must say that after all the stories of scams and ripoffs on the web (after payments to unlocking sites) I was more than anxious after making payment to you. But now I am a happy man and it was money well spent. I bought the iphone 5 on ebay as unlocked and it turned out that it was locked to Tesco mobile and my joy turned to anger when the seller refused to give me back my money (why the hell did I agree to pay cash on collection?!?!? I have an old 2G locked to AT&T in the US and these guys advertised to unlock it for £9.99. What they DON'T say is that, unless you use a card that needs to be 'approved' by either VISA or MasterCard, like American Express (which they said they accepted), you have to go to extreme lengths to prove its your card. Needed to get my Mums iPhone unlocked in order to purchase a Spanish SIM while on holiday after looking at high roaming charges for her UK SIM. Having had my handbag stolen just before christmas complete with my 32G iPhone 4S , I have limped on for 4 months with a very basic Samsung smartphone. A friend kindly gave me her iphone4 on upgrade though it needed to be unlocked from Vodafone to Three/3. One shop could not guarantee 3 sim would work even after unlock, something to do with 3 apparently. Iphone 5 o2 uk - Cannot fault this service at all, was kept informed via email and could also log in to check progress. If I had to have one possible grievance, it would be that for this particular service for this locked iPhone it stated it would be done in 24 hours but infact it took about 36. I know it's clutching at straws and I also know that the 24 hours was just an average, but it could be seen as misleading. Overall it was a excellent service which I could recommend to anyone!!! I first ordered a Vodafone UK unlock. After 2 weeks of waiting, the site demands another 40 pounds due to the fact that apparently the phone is blacklisted. I look into the list of prices and indeed, there was the option of vodafone ul barred which magically appeared since their demand for the extra money. What a great service, easy and safe with no damage to the phone. My second Iphone with these and both perfect. An advisor was always at the end of an email with a speedy reply and never failed to not reply which helped, a lot. Even after all was done i asked a question and she repled straight away.
