“Doesn't work!!!”

They emailed me saying that my phone was unlocked successfully, but when I plugged it into iTunes, nothing happened. I've done every step they told me (restored my phone, etc), yet it STILL won't work! Support is taking forever and is entirely unhelpful. I would never wish this painfully slow and frustrating procedure on anyone. AVOID!!! I'll update this review if it ends up working, but until then (it's been over a week since I purchased the unlock), this gets a thumbs down from me. (read more)

I paid on 11th March 2013 as a pre order for EE UK. After a month or so I asked them to cancel my order as there was no progress but they said unlock would be available soon and I agreed. I paid another £70 to have my phone unlocked when they said my unlock was available but nothing happened after another month and they finally said Unfortunately the update is not available and offered a refund. Thank you so so much for providing such services. And not just claiming to do things but actually do it. It's the best site and the most genuine one I would say. They do what the claim. There were some reviews that its a scam but trust me its not. You will get the best support from them. I have the most simple case: iPhone 3GS locked for AT&T. It took 2 days to unlock it. For that I've paid 30GBP which is a reasonable price in the case. The phone is indeed unlocked now. I was able to update it from iOS 5.1.1 (jailbroken and unlocked) to iOS 6.1.3 (not jailbroken, not locked) with iTunes without an issue. The guys are not scummers for sure - they do their business. I can't say for everybody else but for me it worked flawless. (read more)

I paid the money to have my phone unlocked wondering if anything would happen! It was suposed to take 24 hours this deadline passed so I was wondering still....... 2 days later I got the message that it was done and it was! Thank you I am happy. The hard thing is you have no idea if anything is actually happening, but from my experience of the company I recommend them, just take the deadline as a guide. (read more)

This is the second time I've used this unlock service, and both times it's been relatively painless. It's more expensive than it probably needs to be, I think, but I"m willing to pay to have the permanent factory unlock. No technical problems encountered at all. (read more)

Not the cheapest solution but hassle free did exactly what it said it would. Took about 36 hours I think, may have been less than that but didn't check my emails. I would recommend this product to anyone especially if you don't like the idea of going into one of those rather seedy shops that offer all sorts of laptop/phone repairs 10/10. I am over 60 and was given an I phone by my granddaughter , but unfortunately the phone was locked to Tesco . I tried local shops to get it unlocked but they all seemed ready to 'rip me off' because of my ignorance and age . Website promises AT&T unlock takes 5 hours, 5 days later i'm still waiting. The Facebook page person that deals with the Q&A is Rude and very unprofessional! and deletes any comment they don't like thus giving out false impression of the company. There is no live chat as advertised, and on the phone they 'refuse' to talk about the unlock,even tho its says ''support'' they are only interested in taking orders. Don't just read the positive reviews as this company blocks all negative reviews!! Customer service really poor. They completely ignore you unless you wrote a bad review about them. I submitted my request on 1st March and it took them more than six weeks before giving me a skyhigh costs. Then magically the cost came down by £30 because I didn't answer straight away. Quoted 24 hours for my unlock. 10 days later still no unlock. No problems with phone or network. It seems they just take your money and then make you wait indefinitely.
