I paid £19.99 for pre-order and another £39.99 for unlock, total £60 paid, still my phone is locked.

It's been almost one month and they never update me what's going on. There is no customer service email or phone to contact.

On the website, they write that they would not refund if "submitted to supplier".

My order status shown "submitted to supplier" for almost one month, nothing happen. How do I get my money back?
