I wanted the phone unlocked to give me freedom to choose which provider I use.
This was the first time I have had the need to unlock a phone. I was a little worried using the internet for this purpose having read some other reviews. However, I did a little research and felt confident that this company would be ok. When I placed the order it stated 7 to 10 days, after 8 days I received the email confirming that the phone had been unlocked. Placed the new sim card in the phone switched it on, connected to the wi fi and everything worked fine with the new sim. I cannot believe how easy the whole process was. I would definitely use this company again. Great Service.
