I needed my iPhone 4 unlocked from Vodafone. I was given an estimated time of 24-72 hours so decided to use them as I have epilepsy and needed a phone in case of emergencies. Because of this time frame I was happy to pay extra than what my local shop quoted me. Unfortunately I ended up waiting three weeks! To be fair I believe Vodafone were the problem and not this company and customer services did answer my queries. Once the phone was unlocked it was really easy to set up. Literally just pop your sim in and off you go. You dont even need to connect to iTunes which is great!
