i ordered an unlock on 25th December and didnt get it until 25th January. Initially the first payment suggested that this was the fee of 19.99 but this is to let you know that they can do it. Dont understand this as it turned out they couldnt do it straight away so why the fee. and then comes the £85 fee to get it unlocked. My biggest complaint was that i had decided that i had already committed some money so i paid the £85. I had to chase and chase as no communication was forthcoming. In the end i got some excuse that the servers were not working. Refer back to the initial fee!!!!!!!!!
Eventually i gave up and then i got confirmation that it was done. No explanation why it was so expensive and took 1 month. Had i have known i would have done it myself.
