ordered the unlock for a iphone 3gs locked to O2 network, I was worried about using an online unlock company, but after much deliberation and reading of reviews I took the plunge! The initial time frame of 24-48 hours passed and my worries gradually increased, I then researched reviews and found 'horror' stories of people paying and not receiving the unlock as promised. Through the reviews and forums I found an email address posted by someone for people to try if having issues. So I emailed customer service type email and got a nice reply and apology and they pushed the unlock through, There was a few emails back and forth but they done their best to sort the delay issue, and as promised they pushed it all through. I received the email confirmation of unlock and connected my phone to iTunes all stress and hassle free, within couple minutes all was sorted and happily running on any network sim. GREAT JOB. GENUINE. Only thing I will add is that it was a 2 week or so delay although i was slow in contacting customer services. If there is a delay in your order and you are worried don't hesitate to contact the team at officialiphoneunlock as they are very helpful and wont be long in sorting out the problems for you, should any arise. I will definitely be using them again.

Very Happy and phone going great, everything works as did before as it is a proper unlock not a jailbreak.
