I think you should review the way you advertise your service. I felt that considering my unlock took close to 3 days, advertising a 24 unlock isn't fair to your customers - people looking for a quick service expect accurate and precise informaion, which you dont offer. The reason I came to you was because of the efficiency you claimed to have when unlocking phones. £44 is not a fair price to pay, I think dependant on how long the unlock takes, this should be reflected in the price.
Your 'order status' feature was barely updated. I ordered at the weekend and I understand you don't process unlocks then but you should at least update the status when you've started on the unlock instead of leaving me hanging. I had to ask for support and was given very vague answers which didn't fill me with confidence.
Low and behold, my phone was finally unlocked on the 3rd day of waiting. Whilst I am glad my phone has been unlocked I am not happy with the service I received and the price I had to pay.
