Successfully unlocked iPhone 3GS that was locked to O2 network.

Initially had issues due to baseband, but was helped with good response time from the support service and was able to resolve the issue without further hassle.

Unlock took only 5 days.

Overall very happy with the service and the support.

Would definitely recommend this site.
