DO NOT USE
I've now waited for 6 weeks and called many times waiting in line for more than 1 hour each time - no one picks up.
I've written to them on their support page - getting no answers.
I've emailed them - getting no answers.
So do not use these.

Hi, we take complaints very seriously and are sorry for the experience so far. Please contact our support manager [email protected] so that we can either expedite your unlock or get you refunded. Because we sell official unlocks, we have to rely on the carriers unlocking your handset. Once again, many apologies.

You write on your mail homepage to only use your messaging system to contact you - and I've written many times without getting a response. You have later on asked if I wanted a refund or to continue to wait - I have answered: a full refund - but never heard from you again. So please give me a full refund.

I have now 3 months later received a full refund. After having tried to get in contact with the company through their website and phone - with no luck - I finnaly got a response through this review website.If this is due to a bad review lying on the Internet, that I'm having my bank run a dispute - trying to get my money back or if the company have just been so busy that they have not had time to answer - I do not know.
I do believe that this is an "honest" unluck website though who just do not answer their customers. But I now have a full refund - and I promised the company to update the website with this info - which I believe is then fair.
