There may be satisfied clients, but those are not the ones who asked for a pre-order. If they don't have it, they WON'T HAVE IT. And forget about the refund. Even if it then appears to be available, IT WON'T BE AVAILABLE. Forget once again the whole refund. THEY WON'T ANSWER YOU NEVER AGAIN. That [name removed] who used to answer your questions probably neither exists. [name removed] is also the name of the person who is always recommending their service in forums. Once again, they may sound reliable but they are making quite a lot of money with the non-available stuff too.
