I was so fed up with trying to keep my jail-broken phone working and up to date. Yes there is software out there that will do it for free, but you can waste a lot of hours, if you're unsure of what your doing.

Official iPhone unlock were able to identify the original carrier, then arranged the phone to be unlocked, and went the extra mile when I had a jail-broken base band issue.

Well done Official iPhone unlock, I no longer have to waste many hours and have the bonus of being able to update firmware when released by Apple, and can use whichever sim I choose - FOREVER!!
