Judging from my own experience they use an automated system to deal with orders and hire untrained people working from their homes. As a result when something unexpected happens nobody in this company can be responsible for solving the problem. Their system seems to work in many cases, but in some unlucky cases they seem nothing but a company who simply want to cajole money out of you. To make things worse their only director is interested not in solving existing problems but in accepting more orders for her profit. In this way they keep their unlucky customers forever unhappy.
