“Initially they requested I had to pay £25 for IPHONE...”

Initially they requested I had to pay £25 for IPHONE 4 unlock (locked to T mobile). After that I've waited for more then one month and then I've got a message that to unlock my IPHONE I need to pay another £109.99 !!!
