Fantastic & GREAT support

I'm an italian guy and I tried this service with a lot of doubts. After 1 day I received notification e-mail that my iphone was unlocked.
I tried but without success. I wrote to the support and they told me to restore the phone with new IOS 6. I was hesitant about it 'cause I was using gevey sim and it is not compatible with new ios. I contacted again support and they replied very quickly (2 mins) confirming the iphone was unlocked and to proceed without doubts. I did it even if I was in foreign country (not in Italy) and.... it works!!!!
I think the difference was made by support team!!!
