“Canadian customers beware!”

Officialiphoneunlock charges 165$ CAD for unlocking my iPhone4 (Bell)! I refused but they don't want to give my money back (40$ CAD for pre-ordering, they use this technical term (pre-ordering)to protect themselves and to fool people.)
Canadian customers, don't trust Officialiphoneunlock!
