Really I am happy to my samsung galaxy S4 unlock with in 15 min I can't believe but it is a good service and secure because of I pay by PayPal. When I ask my network provider then not give me unlock code with 15 min and they charge £15 -£20 for unlock. I recommended to all friends to unlock your phone from this site is safe and secure. Bought the code, and a guy called Justin emailed me the complete unlock code within minutes. I failed in my own attepts to unlock the phone, so rang the support line. It said i should receive my code in 15 minutes! i had it in 12 and with the instructions sent to me IN the email! not a link to a youtube video like some i've used! the code was received and phone successfully unlocked in 15minutes! would recommend to anyone! you get your code in the time it states! not the next day when someone has come in and pressed a button! My phone was originally unlocked from Three and is currently running on a Vodaphone contract. On upgrading the firmware using the appalling Samsung Kies, the phone reverted to Three and required a PIN code that I do not have, as I am not the original owner. I went to Vodafone, Three and Samsung, none of whom could (or would) help. Even a specialist phone unlocking shop in the high street could only offer sending my precious phone to London, with no indication of whether they could unlock it... (read more)

After buying a phone I discovered it was locked to a network that wasnt compatible with my sim. I tried one company before this and they took FOREVER to get a code to me and I eventually (after hours of waiting) decided to get a refund. I found this company and I had a very fast response! After trying for 3 months to get another phone unlocked through Orange, it's such a relief to come to you and find it to be such a pain free procedure. Clear instructions, including contingency codes which thankfully I didn't need. You took 3:07, instead of the optimistic 0:15, but that's OK by me. Now if only you did Nokia codes too - Orange still haven't managed after 3 months. (read more)

Found this site through a recommendation from a forum. Really easy to use, step by step instructions given. Code arrived within 15 minutes. Thought it hadn't worked at first because the phone said something like 'code not accepted', but it had worked anyway. Would happily use them again. This was the third web based unlocking site i tried to unlock my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2. The first two failed to provide an unlock code and said that there wasn't an available code for my phone. Justin e-mailed me back really promptly and gave me a breakdown of the steps I needed to do to unlock my phone which was very helpful and courteous. Wow We have tried for months to get the correct unlock code from 3 we were about to give up and Mazuma the phone 1 last ditch attempt with this site and woo hoo were all go. quite skeptical initially as many sites are rip offs but this is the real deal. Provided both the unlock and unfreeze code for my Galaxy Ace 2 on orange (EE) within 20 minutes of making the payment (Note some unlockers charge extra for the unlock code if you need it, so having it included for free, without needing to ask for it is a nice touch). The unlock code worked first time. Excellent communication and personal service, even when nothing went wrong. Before I unlocked my S3 from the Orange network, I thought I'd just ask the question - will unlocking it re-instate the missing 'System Update' option, that Orange removed from the System menu. Within minutes I had the answer - 'probably not!' thus saving me even the small expense of unlocking unecessarily (that's all I wanted to unlock it for).
