I Purchased a unlock code on 17th of December for my Sony Ericsson E15i Locked to the three UK network the following day I received an email that they would have to do a refund because the phone manufacturer has not yet added it to their database. So I have to sent them 3 emails now with no response and they have still not refunded my payment. Still I am preparing to get legal action against them to get money back.
