I thought I'd try them as they had a sale on now don't get me wrong the service was still 25 GBP I then waited 9 days (six working days) for a code that arrived just before end of business day, so i tried it and it did not work, I tried it a few more times and still same error! I write a mail to inform them and for the second time in this transaction they reply with a stock email without reading the mail, explaining the unlock process (which was in the mail with the erroneous code! no help! no working code! and only a couple of tries left on the phone with another company to see if it works! thank you for being slow! of no help! and waisting my attempts to unlock with an incorrect code! a total waste of 25 GBP
