My Motorola droid was locked to the evil cell phone empire company and I wanted to be able to use it with a pay as you go card from another carrier. The codes that my carrier provided did not work for me and my carrier told me that I had to contact Motorola. Mrunlock will send you codes that arrive quickly and that will unlock your phone immediately. I have researched several other companies and found that sometimes the codes are not sent for several days or even a week.. If you have a problem or question you can email them and they will return your email promptly. I highly recommend this service.
