Placed order, funds were collected right away thru PayPal. 20 days later have yet to receive unlocking code and their 'Customer Service' contact email keeps returning my emails as 'undeliverable'. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

PAY AND NEVER UNLOCK MY IPHONE 6

As a repeat customer many times over I had never had any issues with these robbers till now. It has been 6 weeks since these they took $104.00 from me. They did not unlocked my IPhone after assuring me , it could be done. They sent me an email REFUND , 2 WEEKS AGO still no credit on my card They continue to ignore my emails....buyer beware, they have no respect for repeat customers...they have no respect for customer service...

Do not purchase any service from them.

All sounds good till you pay them. After that they inform you that they will mot provide any estimate on when you get your codes, if you try and contact them they ignore you. Then they couldn't provide a code, they cancsled my order and never gave a refund. Said can take a few days. Week later my credit card company and I are waiting 15 days to charge back the transaction, NO customer respect, Run away

ordered code for Samsung s3, took three days to get code. Code didn't work. They then said they wouldn't refund and we would have to go through it again and pay again to receive the proper code. Are you kidding me. No way. Go into a store/provider and get it done. Will save you money time and frustration. GARBAGE COMPANY. I will be leaving nasty reviews everywhere I can. First off. Don't trust when there's no contact number. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVEN TYPE IN THEIR WEBSITE. YOU WONT GET ANYTHING THEY PROMISE AND "GUARANTEE"  I would have liked to know this company was a joke before I wasted $30 I didn't have to burn in the first place.

They try to ask me to close the paypal case without give me the code. They will never provide code to me.

I ordered and paid for a Note 3 Unlocked codes on the January 25th, 2016 but I haven't received the codes yet. I sent a few emails. 1st response : Please ask for help on your tracking page in Support section... [This is what the page says: Refresh this page in few minutes please....] I emailed them again, 2nd Response: What is your IMEI Answer: I gave them the IMEI #. They have never responded ever since

I ordered the code for Blackberry Z10. Its been more than 48 hours and i didnt receive any code. I sent couple of emails but still there is no reply and money back. So never use this website.

Listed unlock price at 20$Cdn, but charged 25$Cdn through Paypal. (Used Paypal thanks to reviews on this site) Transaction was smooth, received code in less than 20 minutes. Instructions were clear, and unlock of LG smartphone worked on first attempt. Would use again.

The website indicates a code can be retrieve within minutes - or 48/72 hours on 'rare' occasions. I've been waiting 5 days and still haven't received my code. Website indicates 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - what a joke. When I informed them I'll be requesting a refund from PayPal, they blocked me from the site. So much for Customer Service. Don't bother with these guys - they'll just waste your time.

Tried to get a 5s unlocked via Apple/Telus. They immediately charged the Visa 100 bucks and then nothing. Numerous contact, with them explaining a need to be patient. 7 Days later they indicate my unlock code is available. 5 days in i went to another company and they had the phone unlocked in 24 hours. I am walking around for a day using my phone when i received the message, on my phone, from MIC saying my phone is ready to be unlocked. Really! Never trust a website where there is no contact info of any kind other than their own internal system. Never trust a website where the english grammar is so bad its obvious they don't speak english but promote Canada all over their website. This coming from the people who least appreciate Canada in the first place. Read the website you will know exactly who i am talking about.

I used their service for unlocking a phone, the code didn't work and they did not refund. i contacted support and they put me through million loop holes and they did not refund the money either. it was $25 so not a big deal but be aware that if the code doesn't work you are out of luck.

Paid for an unlock code (luckily via paypal) that did not work. There customer service is non-existent if you have a problem. The code did not work and they wanted a video of the IMEI of the phone and the unlock code input and results and they stated they would immediately refund my money. Well, i sent the requested video and then there was no response for 5 days. I read on this site about this treatment and took a screen shot of our "conversation" before putting in a dispute with paypal, its a good thing i did because immediately after disputing with paypal they blocked me from their site and erased all history of the conversation/support. Paypal decided in my favor  if you use this service i cannot over stress the importance of paypal because if you use just a credit card there is no protection. Also, it was very suspicious coincidence that after paypal decided in my favor there was a few "phishing" emails that followed.

The unlock code is Ok, the price is cheap. But you need patient, about 4 hours wait, I got the code.

Amazing service!! I just got my unlock code for my telus galaxy s2, and it took abt 10hr but It was fast enough, and it was very resonably priced(CAD $25.00) I definitely recommend this website to everybody here in canada.Much better than any other USA base unlock service providers.

Get my code in a few minutes.. I ask in support section for a question an they answer me in the minute! I recommende!

They couldn't find a code for my fido Sony M2 phone. They emailed me saying they have refunded my payment. However it's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to see the credit back on my credit card. They have since been ignoring my emails requesting them to honor their refund policy. DO NOT TRUST THEM! - They are the worst service ever!
