“Worst service ever”

They couldn't find a code for my fido Sony M2 phone. They emailed me saying they have refunded my payment. However it's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to see the credit back on my credit card. Finally got my full refund as well as a reply, of course it wasn't until I threatened to take legal action against them and told them that my first action would to to report them the "the better business bureau". No more than about 3 minutes later they replied stating that my money had been refunded and they did not wish to do any more business with me anymore. I couldn't even message them back to say thanks for the refund because they had blocked my emails from getting through "LOL.
Thank you Better Business Bureau.

tell them you will be reporting them to the "better business bureau" any taking legal action against them if they don't give you a full refund, let them know if you end up in court it will cost them a whole lot more,
the idea is to scare them enough.

Will do! I checked out the process to file a complaint against them on BBB and of course they don't have an address or contact info. Their company name on my credit card statement is different than their website too.

maybe that's one thing you can use against them, tell them you are going to report them to the RCMP and maybe even sue them, but first you would have to charge them, so if you haven't done anything wrong for them to be keeping your money than you can speak to a court duty council person and they would tell you how you can take the company to a small claims court, I would sue them for the time I had to spend in court out missing a days work as well as any lawyers fees if it came down to me getting a lawyer, although I don't think you would get a lawyer for small claims, not worth the lawyer fee, you can get advice from a lawyer. let them know you're seeking legal advice and will be taking them to court soon...

hey i paid a fee for them to unlock my iphone 5 locked to rogers, however they couldn't unlock my iphone 5, and they said they are refunding me. i check my credit card statement a day later and i see only the charge for the unlock fee. how long does it take before a refund is applied?? they seem very slow!!

The refund should only take a few minutes once they begin the refund process, but you have to harass them, try not to be vulgar in your words, so don't swear at them because they may use it as an excuse to refuse to refund you, but still you have to message them several times,
it took me about 4 times without them replying back and only replied back to me after I had threatened to report them to
"The better Business Bureau".
what I said to them was that "at this point I do not even want a code from them anymore because I am afraid the code may not even work, so I simply want my money refunded or else I will have no choice but to take Legal action against you and my first action will be to report you to the Better Business bureau,
try this and let me know if it works for you as well, after threatening them with this, they replied to me very quickly whin about 2-3 minutes, telling me that my money was refunded to my account and they did not wish to ever do business with me again.

not sure where you live but I live in the area of Brampton ON,
and I simply went to a cellular store close by and it only cost me $35. to unlock a Blackberry z10 locked to Rogers,
also it was very quick, I went to the store and paid and the gentleman called me just 2 hours later with my code, I installed it and worked like a charm,
as for Iphone 5 codes, they are very expensive, all codes for iphones from Rogers cost between $100-$150,
I could call the store and find out for you to be sure and maybe you can work your form of payment with them somehow, maybe through interact from your bank or even credit card but this business is legit.

Advertise on their website they unlock for videotron, which is not true. YOU CANNOT UNLOCK FOR THAT SERVICE PROVIDER. I fell into their trap and paid for it, getting no results. their unlock code did not work, and they only told me it was my fault.
