I paid 21.00 to have brand new no contract Koodo Samsung ace 2x unlocked. It took until the next day to get the code and it didn't work I gave them the IMEI number from the phone using *#06# and also from inside the phone. They insisted it was correct and I tried it three time. Then they said they wanted a video of me entering the code in the phone and it showing unlock unsuccessful. I sent 14 emails back and forth over three days to these clowns whose english is barely readable when they do... (read more)

“Worst Service Ever”

Contacted them for help on unlocking a phone. Claimed that the phone would work on the Wind network. All they care about is money. Once I paid $22 and was left with phone that does not work they told me to basically F-Off and blocked me from seeking more assistance. Asked for a refund, they refused. I would rather buy a phone brand new, full priced and unlocked than you their service because it is so terrible. Save you money. Not worth it. (read more)

In November 2013, I got on their website, everything went wrong and I sent them a note about how I got kicked off. They replied back some basic instructions that I had already tried, so I forgot about them and got my unlock somewhere else. They never sent me an email with a code or any instructions, so I assumed all was over. Them I got a bill for $21 on my VISA and sent them a note asking for a refund.
