In November 2013, I got on their website, everything went wrong and I sent them a note about how I got kicked off. They replied back some basic instructions that I had already tried, so I forgot about them and got my unlock somewhere else. They never sent me an email with a code or any instructions, so I assumed all was over. Them I got a bill for $21 on my VISA and sent them a note asking for a refund. They have replied twice basically brushing me off with things like contact VISA (This is 3 months later). Now they just ignore my notes, even though I send them to the founder and co-owner Jean-Philippe Vallee.
They are a ripoff and very rude.
DON'T THINK ABOUT USING THEIR SERVICES!!
