As straightforward as you like. Paid my £2.99, received a confrimation email within 5 minutes, and got my unlock code by email within 72 hours. What could be easier? Great service, and fantastic value for money. After being told by Orange that it would take 20 days and cost £20, and I am incredibly pleased with mobile2mobile.net service.
