The staff was very patient with me in all my enquiries and helped me through all the technical details involved in unlocking my phone.
They specifically did not allow me to make payment for the code until they were sure that I would be able to unlock my phone when the code was eventually sent to me.
I received my unlock code quickly after I made payment - with concise instructions on how to unlock my phone as well.

I would definitely use their services again if the need arose.
