I had a user who owns a Motorola Razr, and who is very attached to it. He was migrated to a new EE account, from an older one (post Orange). The new SIM card would not work in his old phone due to being SIM locked to Orange.
After eventually tracking down the exact model of Razr, I ordered the unlock code from Mobile Unlocked. It arrived in my Inbox just a few hours over the 3 days specified. Code worked first time, with no problem.
My user was very happy, as he could continue to use his antiquated device.
