A trustworthy service, and the technical support definitely gets a reasonably quick response. I used the cheaper software route to unlock, which worked fine. There are two things I learned:

1. The email with the download instructions and howto may get blocked by company spam filters

2. Read the instructions carefully before setting out. Get them in your head, because there is a countdown at one point and you need to be able to do a few things reasonably quickly
