2 stars given because they refunded me. Overall it was a bad experience. I was told my phone would be unlocked in 2-7 days and decided to pay the very significant premium based on the advertised fast turnaround.
3.5 weeks later my phone was still not unlocked and on checking their website I noticed my order had been cancelled. At this point I had received no contact from mobileunlocked stating anything about a cancelation. Below is a copy and paste of the response I got only after I had to promt and question them:
"This appears that this morning our supplier removed the service to unlock iPhones locked to EE, Orange and T-Mobile. This has resulted in all pending orders, like yours, being refunded.
We are working on finding an alternative supplier so we can offer the service again. Please do feel free to check back with us in a week or 2 to see if this has been possible.
Needless to say I will not be using them again and cannot recommend this service to others.
