The service that MobileUnlocked provided to me was characterised by good customer support - I had a number of emails throughout the process, and although ultimately everything worked out fine I was confident that had I run into problems support was only an email away. The only downside was that I was initially unclear as to whether the quoted price for unlocking included a £3 discount that initially drew me to the site from the giffgaff unlockapaedia. In the end the customer support guys resolved this but this could have been more clearly communicated on the site. Overall while this kind of service is quite expensive for what it is, it was undoubtedly quick, well supported and effective. Well worth paying for the convenience!
