“Worth Waiting For!”

I received the unlock code very quickly with clear instructions for unlocking my phone. The code supplied did not work first time, but they did not give up. After a few polite and clear instructions by email the knowledgeable staff were able to provide instructions for me to unlock the phone - where others had failed.
The experience was courteous, friendly and helpful.
