I am a self confessed technophobe but managed to unlock my phone ..... no mean feat I can assure you! It took me a couple of go's and a couple of emails (delivered quickly) from a very nice guy called Darren to 'talk me through' process. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Great value and very easy to use. Don't hesitate to use, JUST DO IT!!!!
