Quick service (within about half an hour). I was unlocking an LG Viewty KU990 and some of the information on the helpful link to FAQs when unlocking didn't quite match with the option I was seeing on my LG screen during the unlocking process. Nevertheless, with an educated guess as to the nearest matching option, the process worked and I was happy with the outcome.
