I have a phone LG GT405 to be unlocked as a spare phone. I got the email with unlock code within half an hour after I paid for it which is said to be between 12-24 hours. So the service is really fast. I went to the website with instructions on how to unlock but didn't find my phone type. I was confused that if my phone can be unlocked. Soon I found out that they give similar code for "GT"s to get to unlock page. Like GT400, the code is ...*400#...so I tried to change that 400 to 405 to fit in my phone. And finally the unlock page appeared. But I didn't see "unlock sim". Then I followed another phone type which have "network lock",and then "sim lock".When I entered the unlock code, it did successfully. So I still recommend this website cause it's cheap
