Very satisfied customer!

An independent highstreet mobile phone shop in the UK told me it would cost £20 and take 3 days to unlock my HTC Sensation from Orange. As I was starting an 18 month long masters program in Paris the next day this wasn't going to work for me and thankfully I found these guys after a quick google search. At mobileunlocked it cost £8.99 and took all of 5 minutes once my new French SIM card arrived. I was impressed to find out that they offer a great feedback procedure to help customers smooth out any issues if the unlock doesn't work for any reason too, rather than just offering a refund and letting the customer deal with the consequences on their phone by themselves. Fortunately I haven't had to call on this because my unlock worked perfectly first time. I was worried about losing my old photos and numbers beforehand but this hasn't been a problem either.
